Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using any service operated by trygear Store, you confirm that you accept and will comply with these Terms of Service together with every applicable federal, state, and local law and regulation. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you may not access or use any trygear Store offering. Anyone who uses the service on behalf of a company or other organization confirms that they hold the authority to commit that entity to these terms.

Use of the Website

You agree to use trygear Store's services solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless trygear Store has granted you written authorization to do otherwise. You must not:

Product Information and Pricing

trygear Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error arise in product information, pricing, or availability, we may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information at no cost to you. For items with natural variability (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product information and warnings are supplied for reference only; trygear Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ by delivery zone, pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent on product availability and acceptance by trygear Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment must be received before an order is dispatched or picked up, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement to purchase such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued ID will be required at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you before dispatch and may offer a suitable substitute, or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on trygear Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "trygear Store" name and branding — is the exclusive property of trygear Store and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any trygear Store content without our express written permission. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) submitted to our platforms may be used by trygear Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify trygear Store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of trygear Store's services shall first be submitted to trygear Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

trygear Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Should we make material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account, or through a prominent notice on our website. Continuing to use our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using trygear Store's services before the effective date of the changes.
